【Membership Application】

  • How to Apply :

Membership application form must be completed and submitted with payment.​

  1. Online Google Form-Please click the link below, complete and submit the form: https://forms.gle/WPRLL84PC2sPfM4m6

 

  • Annual Membership Fees :

  1. Individual: $30 / Person

  2. Family: $50 / House

  3. Age 65 and over or Age 18 and under: Free (anyone under 18 need to register with a guardian/ parent)

  4. Sponsor/VIP, please contact us: info@ican-ca.org

 

※ The membership year spans from 1 July to 30 June.  Full membership period—starts 1 July each year. Delay of the membership payment will result in lose of membership status after June 30 of each year.

△Please complete the membership payment within 3 days after submitting the application.。

△Please contact us if you would like a receipt for the payment.

 

  • Method of Payment for Membership Fees and Donations

  1. Cash

  2. Cheque: cheque of membership fee, payable to “Immigration Community Alberta Network”

  3. eTransfer --recipient is info@ican-ca.org. Please Put your “Full Name”(same as your application form) in the “e-Transfer” message box. Example: Xiao Ming Wong- Membership Fee. There will be no security question as your money will be automatically deposited into the ICAN bank account.

△Please allow us 10 business days after payment is made to process the application.

If you have registered and paid your membership fee but would like to update your contact information because you have moved, changed your email address, etc., you may provide this information online by filling in the google form again or contact us by email.
