本会立宗旨是为了加强定居于阿尔伯塔省各个城市中的华人移民间的联系，同时促进中国 与阿尔伯塔省之间的社会,人文,经济及旅游的交流和发展; 鼓励华人移民之间及与当地人民 的和平共处, 积极参与社会公益活动, 合理力争华人权益, 为华人社区在阿尔伯塔省的繁荣壮大做出自己的贡献。
